The necklace begins where the painted desert meets the endless sky, and the red tail hawk soars between with a dramatic specimen of Crazy Lace Jasper, replete with red clay canyons and peaks of sparkling druzy.
A succession of bead-woven chevrons launch forward as from an archer’s bow*, to set the pendant soaring across your collarbones/ between the throat and heart chakra. The necklace is a bead-woven rope of a zillion (give or take) itty bitty seed beads in tones of burnt sienna, sepia, terracotta, shimmering sand, copper and charcoal.
All this wonder fastens at your nape courtesy of a swirling gold-plated copper s-hook clasp.
rope necklace: 18 1/2 inches
red tail & arrow assemblage: 7 inches
crazy lace jasper pendant: 2 x 1 1/4 inches
The Red Tail and Arrow assemblage is removable so that you may consider wearing it on another necklace, neck-ring or thin silk scarf.
Perhaps you’ll wear the beaded rope sans pendant, as the whim may strike every now and then. Choices, versatility. and strength of spirit are yours my friend xö
>>—->* arrow collection: inspired by ebb & flow, how the archer must pull the arrow back so that it has the momentum to launch forward
(earrings sold separately)
